Refund policy

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد (المنتجات الرقمية)

نظراً لأن جميع منتجاتنا رقمية وتُسلّم فوراً بعد الدفع، لا يمكن إرجاعها بعد تحميلها.

يحق لك طلب استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء في الحالات التالية: إذا لم يصلك الملف، أو كان الملف تالفاً أو لا يعمل، أو كان المنتج مختلفاً تماماً عن الوصف، أو تم خصم المبلغ مرتين بالخطأ.

لطلب الاسترداد أو استبدال الملف، راسلنا على rashedalmethinuk@gmail.com مع رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة. سنرد خلال 48 ساعة، وفي حال الموافقة يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل.

Refund policy (digital products): Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once downloaded. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you did not receive the file, the file is corrupted or does not work, the product is materially different from its description, or you were charged twice. To request a refund or a replacement file, email rashedalmethinuk@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We reply within 48 hours; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
