شروط الخدمة

مرحبًا بكم في كيدز أكاديمي، المتجر التابع ليونيك كونسيرج للدعاية والتسويق («نحن»). تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام موقع kidssacademy.com وشراء المنتجات التعليمية الرقمية منه. باستخدام الموقع أو إتمام طلب، فإنك تقرأ هذه الشروط والسياسات المرتبطة بها وتوافق عليها.

1. من يمكنه الشراء واستخدام المحتوى

يجب أن يُجري الطلب شخص بالغ يملك صلاحية استخدام وسيلة الدفع. ويتولى الوالد أو الوصي الإشراف على استخدام الأطفال للمحتوى. يُرجى تقديم بيانات طلب صحيحة ومحدثة، والحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك إن أنشأت حسابًا.

2. المنتجات الرقمية والتسليم

منتجاتنا مواد تعليمية رقمية. تُبيّن صفحة كل منتج محتواه وصيغته ومتطلبات استخدامه، عند انطباقها. يُتاح الملف أو رابط الوصول بعد تأكيد الدفع وفق طريقة التسليم الموضحة عند الشراء؛ ولا يوجد شحن مادي للمنتجات الرقمية. إذا لم يصلك المنتج أو واجهت مشكلة في فتحه، تواصل معنا وأرسل رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة لنساعدك.

3. الأسعار والطلبات والدفع

يظهر السعر والعملة وأي رسوم أو ضرائب مطبقة قبل تأكيد الطلب. تُعتمد الأسعار المعروضة عند إتمام الشراء، وقد تتغير عروض المنتجات المستقبلية. يجب أن تكون مخولًا باستخدام وسيلة الدفع التي تقدمها. نرسل تأكيد الطلب إلى البريد الإلكتروني المقدم، وقد نتواصل معك إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب أو ظهر خطأ جوهري في بياناته أو سعره.

4. الإلغاء والاسترداد

نظرًا لطبيعة الملفات الرقمية، لا تُقبل إعادة المنتج بعد تنزيله، مع بقاء الحالات المؤهلة للاسترداد وحقوق المستهلك التي يقررها القانون المعمول به. توضح سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء الحالات المؤهلة وطريقة تقديم الطلب والمدة المحددة لذلك. راجعها قبل الشراء.

5. ترخيص استخدام المواد وحقوق الملكية

بعد الشراء، تحصل على حق غير حصري لاستخدام الملف الذي اشتريته للأغراض الشخصية أو العائلية التعليمية، ما لم تنص صفحة المنتج صراحة على ترخيص أوسع. يجوز لك تنزيل الملف وطباعته لهذا الغرض. لا يجوز إعادة بيعه أو نشره أو مشاركته علنًا أو توزيعه تجاريًا أو إزالة إشعارات الحقوق منه دون إذن كتابي. تظل حقوق الموقع والعلامات والمواد لأصحابها.

6. الاستخدام المقبول

استخدم الموقع بطريقة قانونية تحترم حقوق الآخرين. يُحظر محاولة اختراقه أو تعطيله، أو إدخال برمجيات ضارة، أو إساءة استخدام حسابات أو بيانات الآخرين. قد نقيّد الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط بالقدر اللازم لحماية المتجر ومستخدميه، مع عدم المساس بحقوقك القانونية.

7. الخصوصية والخدمات الخارجية

توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية التعامل مع بياناتك. يعمل المتجر عبر Shopify، لكن عملية البيع تتم مع كيدز أكاديمي، وهي الجهة المسؤولة عن المنتجات وتنفيذ الطلبات. وقد تتضمن الصفحة روابط أو أدوات لطرف ثالث تخضع لشروطه وسياساته الخاصة.

8. دقة المعلومات والمسؤولية

نحرص على دقة وصف المنتجات وتوفر الموقع، ونعالج الأخطاء والمشكلات التي تبلغنا بها. قد يختلف عرض الألوان أو التنسيق بحسب جهازك وبرامجك. المواد مخصصة للتعلم ولا تضمن نتيجة تعليمية محددة. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي ضمان أو حق أو مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعاده بموجب القانون المعمول به.

9. تحديث الشروط والتواصل

Welcome to Kids Academy, a store operated by Unique Concierge for Advertising and Marketing (“we” or “us”). These terms govern your use of kidssacademy.com and purchases of our digital educational products. By using the site or placing an order, you acknowledge these terms and the policies linked below.

1. Who may purchase and use the content

Orders must be placed by an adult authorized to use the payment method. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child's use of the content. Please provide accurate, current order details and keep any account credentials secure.

2. Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital educational materials. Each product page describes its contents, format, and any applicable use requirements. The file or access link is provided after payment confirmation using the delivery method shown at purchase; digital products do not require physical shipping. If you do not receive a product or cannot open it, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Prices, orders, and payment

The price, currency, and any applicable charges or taxes are shown before you confirm an order. The price displayed when you complete the purchase applies to that order; future offers may change. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. We send order confirmation to the email address you enter and may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a material pricing or information error.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Because the products are digital, downloaded files generally cannot be returned, subject to eligible refund cases and any mandatory consumer rights. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains eligible cases, how to request a refund, and the applicable time limit. Please review it before buying.

5. Content license and intellectual property

After purchase, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the purchased file for personal or family educational purposes unless the product page expressly provides a broader license. You may download and print it for that purpose. You may not resell, publicly post, commercially distribute, or remove rights notices from the material without written permission. Rights in the site, marks, and materials remain with their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and respect others' rights. Do not attempt to breach or disrupt the site, introduce harmful code, or misuse another person's account or data. We may restrict access where necessary to address a violation and protect the store and its users, without limiting your legal rights.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Shopify powers the store, but purchases are made with Kids Academy, which is responsible for its products and order fulfillment. Third-party links or tools may be governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

8. Information and responsibility

We aim to describe products accurately and keep the site available, and we address reported errors and issues. Colors or formatting may vary by device and software. Educational materials do not guarantee a particular learning outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Updates and contact
